p-adic Asai L-functions for Hilbert cuspforms — Giada Grossi (Université Sorbonne Paris Nord)

A conjecture of Coates and Perrin-Riou predicts, under certain p-ordinarity conditions, the existence of a p-adic measure interpolating (twists) of critical values of the L function attached to a motive. I will talk about joint work with D. Loeffler and S. Zerbes, in which, using higher Hida theory, we construct such measure for the Asai motive attached to a cuspidal automorphic representation of Res_{F\Q} GL_2, where F is a real quadratic field in which p splits. If time permits, I will explain the link between (non-critical values of) this p-adic L-function and the Euler system of Asai-Flach classes.
