On p-adic regulator formulae (Ananyo Kazi, UniDistance)

Following Kato, a powerful technique in proving Bloch–Kato conjecture in rank 0 is to prove an “explicit reciprocity formula” relating two incarnations of a p-adic L-function. In this talk, I’ll discuss some examples where the two incarnations arise from (a) interpolation of period integrals and (b) interpolation of Galois cohomology classes. I’ll explain how syntomic cohomology serves as the bridge to link these two sides.
