A Bombieri–Vinogradov type theorem for a class of multivariate polynomial moduli (Karin Halupczok, Université de Düsseldorf)

After giving an overview over recent progress on establishing multivariate polynomial large sieve inequalities, I will report on an interesting consequence, namely a new Bombieri–Vinogradov type theorem has been proved for a fairly general class of multivariate polynomial moduli—a result that has potential towards questions on the distribution of primes that are values of suitable polynomials.
This talk explains the recent outcome of a joint work with Marc Munsch. I will state the differences and improvements of the results compared to former work.
